Dear Mr.
Sir:
II am writing
to you because I have had an amazing experience at the
New England School of Bartending and I wanted to
share it with you. My enthusiasm for bartending
and for this school stems from Mike Burris, the
Director of Admissions in Boston. Not only was he a
wonderful teacher, who taught me all I could
desire to know about bartending, but he was also
genuinely concerned about my future in
bartending after I graduated. He works so hard
to give individualized attention to graduates to
make sure they are in a job that suits them.
Since I have graduated, I have already attended
the event/function bartending class as well as a
wine appreciation seminar. I plan on taking any
and all courses offered this summer as well,
because I look forward to learning more from
Mike Burris. In addition, Mike has found 3
companies for me to work for this summer, and I
am so excited to enter the event/function
bartending world. I truly believe my desire to
succeed as a bartender has everything to do with
wanting to come back to the New England
Bartending School to be able to tell Mike P
of my accomplishments in the bartending field,
as a thank you for all of the time and energy he
has put into each of his students, and into me.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Bennett

Dear Mr. Perusse,
I graduated from your school about a month ago and
just wanted to tell you a
little about my experience there. First I was
impressed by the hands on
training I received. Mr. Abisso was increadibly
knowledgable and
professional in all aspects of the field. The same
day I was certified I
got a job with a Marriott hotel offering great
benefits and pay. They hired
me on the spot because I was certified. On my first
week I made close to
$600 in tips alone and the numbers have gotten
better!
I really want to thank the whole staff at New
England Bartending School for
setting me up for success!
Sincerely,
Joell Diaz
